Rotten sashes - we can either repair or if they are really poorly, replace your rotten sashes.

Replacement cords: Sash cords last about 15 - 20 years when they go they should be replaced because there is nothing to hold the window up.

Complete refurbishing - all rot removed, cracked glazing replaced, draught proofed, fully serviced and finished to a high standard but with sensible pricing.
